Course fees, registration and payment conditions.

Special rates

When attending courses, special rates apply for participants who will pay themselves (80% of rate) and for those who are sponsored by an institution (100%).

Discounts

A discount of 10% is offered when one participant registers for more than one course at the same time and when 3 or more participants from the same institution sign up for the same course(s).

Registration

In order to register, you need to complete the on-line registration form and send it back by internet, mail or fax, using the contact information below. As soon as we receive this registration, we will confirm your booking. Until then, all registrations will be considered as being preliminary.

Payment

Upon registration, an invoice for payment of the course fee will be sent. Payment should be received by PCM Group two weeks before the course starts. Only after receipt of the payment, we will confirm your registration and your seat in the course is guaranteed.

Letter of invitation

If requested PCM Group will send you a letter of invitation for your visa application at the Embassy. We recommend you to start the visa procedure well in time (please investigate at the respective Embassy on the time required for the procedure).

Cancellation

When a registration is cancelled two to four weeks before the starting date of a course, 50 percent of the course fee will be charged. In case of cancellation within two weeks of the course start, 80 percent of the fee will be charged.

A suitably qualified replacement may attend the same course instead of the registered person without extra charge.

The registered participant who made the cancellation (and having paid the cancellation fee) can attend a similar course in the future at 25% discount. NB: We will be obliged to maintain our cancellation rules in the event a participant is forced to cancel his/her participation due to problems obtaining a visa.
